Soulmate Trial :Rye-an and Pico: Step 5

    Out in the fields in Fluffia, in the pink meadows near Flufftox, with the mother tree in the horizon and a soft breeze blowing south, just enough be able to see it come from a distance while standing in the meadows. In the meadows is littered with bunbles of a variety, dyst bunnies, an arrangement of colors of Mangeroos, and some wild cafluffles of many sizes. Towards the horizon, you can see a boof cafluffle being following by a small pack of house cafluffles.
   Now enters our loving kryptox couple, Pico and Rye-an. One, who loves to bake and is a loving creature, while we have Pico, who loves rain storms and can be stubborn when his mind set on something. They decided that they wanted to trial to Flufftox to collect their dyst puffs, and try to get away from the coast for a few days, after the huge storm the a week or so ago. While Pico enjoyed the storm, Rye-an was disappointed that they couldn't enjoy their dinner outside like they had planned to. They still had a great time and bonded a lot, Rye-an was a bit disappointed.
   The walked more towards the mother tree, and started their adventure for dyst puffs, they wanted to search the ground first, so that they don't have to terrorize any bunnies while they are out here.  
   "Hey babe! I found a couple puffs over here!" Pico called out to Rye-an. Rye-an walked over to his love and picked up the puffs.
   "These are perfect! And look they match us!" He said as he held a brown-cream colored puff up to him, and a gray puff up to Pico. "I hope we can find more of these!" He got really excited and pranced off to see if he can find more.
   Pico stayed behind and watched Rye-an from a distance, before letting out a soft sigh and following him. While on his way to catching up, he realize that he have not seen a dyst bunny since they started almost a hour ago. He shook his head and let the thought go for now. While Rye-an was looking in a log for the dyst bunnies, Pico sneaked up and tickled his sides.
   "Honey, stop!" He said while laughing. "You're going to scare the bunnies awayyyyyy!"
   Pico let out a small chuckle. "Alright then." He sat down on the log and motioned Rye-an to sit. "I noticed while we were searching, I did not see any dyst bunnies. Maybe that's why we can't find any more of the dyst puffs."
   "Hmmm..." Rye-an pondered for a moment. "Oh! I have an idea!" He reaches around to grab his little bag, he unlatched the top, and pulled out a small loaf of bread. "Maybe I can lure some bunnies with this bread!" He said with a glean in his eyes.
   "That's a good idea, babe, but....we might attract more creatures than Bunnies, you know that right?" Pico said with a bit of doubt in his voice.
   "Not if I am careful! I can do this, just believe in me, Pico!" Rye-an said with a slight attitude.
   With a heavy sigh, Pico gave in, he placed a paw onto Rye-an's leg, " I am sorry babe. We can try it your way first, okay?" He tried to reason and calm down Rye-an. He hates seeing him upset, so he looks past his stubbornness and tries other ways before offering up his own ways to do things.
    Rye-an lightens up and calms down. "It's okay, honey. So this is the plan!" Rye-an described his plan to lure some dyst bunnies and scare them to release their puffs. 
    They set up the bread trap and Pico used his scarf to pick up a big rock and get it ready for when a bunny comes by. They had to discuss on the timing, so that the bunny doesn't get hurt. They hid behind a near by bush and waited. It only took about 30 minutes before the first bunny came by. They slowly creeped upon the bread and started nibbling on the loaf and relaxed. 
    "Now." Rye-an in such a soft tone that if you weren't listening for it, you would miss him saying this. Pico reared back the rock and lightly tosses it. With such luck, he managed to hit next to the bunny instead of hitting it! The thud of the rock scared the relaxed dyst bunny. With the fright, the bunny's tail swelled up and then popped! The puffs went everywhere, but in a small range! Once the puffs settled, the bunny was gone. 
    They went to gather the puffs, and shoved them into Rye-an's bag. 
    "Oh, babe. The puffs are rainbow colors!! Isn't it so cute!" Pico said as he was picking them up, noticing that there was one of every color, and in the shape of a heart. He smiled at the puffs. He is so happy that Rye-an seemed so happy once the bunny dropped all of his puffs and ran off. He seemed as if he was accomplished. 
    Pico happily bounces around and picking up the puffs from the dyst bunny, he picked up about 12 puffs and looked around and saw no more. "Hun, did you get all the ones over by you?" He said without turning towards Pico. 
    "I think I did, babe." Pico said, as he was standing next to Rye-an. Rye-an jumped a bit but turned around to Pico. He held his bag out, and Pico dropped his puffs into it. He put his back on, and then jumped onto Pico and hugged him. 
    This surprised Pico, but he hugged Rye-an back tightly. "Babe, you did great. I am sorry to doubt you." He whispered into Rye-an's ear. They released their embrace, gave a quick kiss, and started back towards town. 
    "Lets go make some necklaces with these, and then go meet Cordelia!!" Rye-an said with such excitement, that tried to run back to town, but Pico held his hand and slowed him down.    
    "Babe, we had an eventful afternoon, should we take it slow and walk to town? We can also enjoy the view and the scenary while we walk back." Pico reasoned with Rye-an. Rye-an nodded his head and slowed his pace to almost match Pico's. He was still excited but he slowed himself down.
